It doesn’t sound like there is any need for surgery. All a person has to do is self identify as the other gender and enter the competition. The people in that committee really must hate women.

I won’t make a sweeping statement because different people approach the situation different. However, I think it is safe to say that the vast majority of “transgenders” do not have major surgery performed. They still have the equipment. They are men who wear dresses. They used to be called transvestites. That was a fetish which might, or might not, be treated at a psychiatrist’s office. Today, the man in a dress is “transgender” and he is special and important and deserves a gold medal in the Olympics for being stronger than a girl.
