Truth be told, I don’t even think the Cadaver in Chief had a colonoscopy at all. The anesthesia doesn’t wear off fast enough for him to be out and about doing activities and bantering with onlookers and the press.

That was a phony day with an obligatory clean bill of health to help boost his poll numbers. I’m sure of it.

I don’t know, I’ve had two colonoscopies. I was shocked at how I felt fully awake and ‘with it’ immediately upon coming out of them. Especially the second one, about a year ago.

Depends on what type of anesthesia is used. My gastroenterologist uses Propofol, and I'm up, and about, without any grogginess afterwards, and function normally the rest of the day. I'm 74, and had a gastroscopy and colonoscopy done the same day the end of June. In fact, I had to tell the anesthesiologist that I've woken up the past two times I've had those two procedures done together, and it's always when he's doing the colonoscopy. This last time, the anesthesiologist was at my bedside when I woke up, and he said: "Guess what?? You didn't wake up this time."

While you have a point your premise just ain’t so. Using propofol (the drug that Michael Jackson offed himself with with the help of a “doctor”) if used properly allows nearly instant reversal of anesthesia/sedation. I’ve definitely experienced it myself.

Still your overall point seems plausible. At this point a colon polyp would seem to be the least of Brandon’s problems.

Didn’t bother me at all. You may need a better doctor.

I know some people who don’t get knocked out, at all. They sit there and watch the procedure on the TV. Weird, I know...

85 MINS is a short time, for normal people, but when you are the only 1, no check in’s, no usual hospital crap, it’s still to short if you add in a Physical. Unless it was done on a different day. EKG, blood work would need doing.

Hubby is 81, had his last colon screen at 80. Took 3 hrs. Twilight Sleep wears off fast, cup of coffee you are pretty clear headed, but very tired, not up to more than trip home and a long nap.

I refused to do any more until the Gastro removes the 3 PRE-CANCERS in my Esophagus.

I dunno. After I had my recent colonoscopy, I had to walk quite a bit behind the person who was giving me a ride to get his car. I was NOT 100%, but I did not fall or stumble.

But when I got home, I rested, eventually had a good meal, and did NOT do anything important. Doctor’s orders!!!!

Anesthesia or not, everything biden says or does is incompetent! PHOOEY to him, and to those who stole the election for him!!!!

Anesthesia for scopes is VERY light. We wake up within an hour having only been out for 15-30 minutes, and they don’t lay it on like surgeries.

The real question…and problem…is the prep day prior. Was he out and about on Thursday? No one wants to be anything but home when doing the prep.

I was puzzled about his quick recovery.

His clean bill of health meant that he took a bath that morning.

I think this was all a ploy so that harris could be the _resident so that whoever was the stand in VP at the time could do something nefarious... or do something harris refused to do.

Have you ever had a colonoscopy?

My experience is that I can be out and about, talking to the doctor, etc. yet have no memory of the couple of hours after ‘waking up’. They do warn to not drive, sign legal documents, etc for 24 hours.
