Gaige was never convicted of a felony, always got a plea deal for lesser charges. Still a low life, but not a felon.

PLEADING down the actual charges does NOT lessen the crime he did...
It ONLY means the ‘JUSTICE’ system is too lazy to actually prosecute & incarcerate for the real/original crime.
MAYBE if the true crime was charged & prosecuted & prison was applied, these criminals would think twice about their behavior.
Getting charges constantly reduced & pled down doesn’t send a strong enough message.
The softer the system is on crime, the more of it you get.
Those kids who were sexually abuse have a lifetime of pain & bad memories ahead of them.
WHO fixes that for them??????
