Judicial activism is a terrible thing, even when it “benefits our side”. For as long as the courts do this we aren’t free.

That is not judicial activism. That is recognizing and honoring law. There are multiple legal contracts that would be broken. Not to mention the treasonous destruction to our Country.

When the Exectuive issues illegal Orders. The role of Judges is to review and reject them. This is how the system works. There is ZERO “Judical activism” here.

I don't see the judge's decision as judicial activism but rather following the rule of law.

"Congress, by statute, has commanded that such lease sales happen on a regular basis.

It’s not Judicial Activism, which is when courts find things not in the law.

This is the Judge finding Biden is not obeying the law, which is plainly written.

Huge difference.
