How about we do an exercise tonight.
We agree that Kyle is innocent. Let’s forget that for a nano second.
What if we try to answer the questions just like the jury has to according to the instructions. How long would it take us after we decipher the wording? Will we get stumped on a question?

Yep and will have to look it up to find an answer or ask her brother in law lawyer what he thinks or that state senator lady that was out there influencing the jury/crowd.

36(?) pages of jury instructions. Yes, I would bet that it would take a while to go through all of that.

IMO, the prosecutors threw the kitchen sink at Kyle with the hope that something will stick. Some of the jurors might think that with so many charges, he must be guilty of something (whether he actually is or not).
