IMO, the prosecutors threw the kitchen sink at Kyle with the hope that something will stick. Some of the jurors might think that with so many charges, he must be guilty of something (whether he actually is or not).
That would make an interesting thread…post the jury instructions and all posts constitute FR deliberations.
