Don’t forget how Bing Bong the Ding Dong violated at least 3 of the 4 gun safety rules when he pointed the semi-auto at the jury with his finger on the trigger.
so punchable

Their nice suits are camouflage.
If only Rittenhouse had known that he'd have to deal with their felon azzes, too, he could have taken care of the problem that night.
Correct. And of course anne managed to get her Trump dig in.
The dude is a total a$$hole, but I suspect the decision to prosecute was made by someone far above Bingers pay grade

This no longer is a trial of fairness but a trial run by the mob rules. If we lose this case than America is no longer a nation of justice fairness and the rule of law but the laws of the mob rule. This is extremely frightening for we are seeing the end of this nation if the mob prevail. The effing criminals and mobs are running this country now if we stand up they will throw us in the gallows because courage no longer exist in this nation. Satan and insanity rules. If they take down Rittenhouse you can bet your life that Bannon is the next target they will bring down. Whatever it takes right?
GoFundMe refused to allow Rittenhouse’s friends to raise money for his defense. People who did contribute were hunted down, doxxed and fired.
I hope they have a legal case here.
One theme that I’ve seen over and over is that prosecutors and DAs are really affected by confirmation bias. Once they start down a particular road they rarely re-evaluate the correctness of that path. Seems to be built into the system.
They are going to:
I also believe that "pattern evidence" can be admissible; that is, prior criminal behavior which reflects a pattern of criminality can be used to establish that the defendant had a proven prior pattern of committing crimes and that the presently charged crime shows the same pattern.
Assuming I have that correct, then I think there is a good chance that Kyle's case might someday create a new standard. In this trial, there is a clear pattern of Kyle being attacked by violent felons. Kyle should have the right to have a jury hear of that pattern and take it into account when attempting to explain Kyle's actions.
It is simply unreasonable to believe that Kyle has some magical ability to attack felons whom he has never met, while managing to not attack the non-felons in the crowd.
The prosecution's claim that those shot by Kyle were heroes should be sufficient cause to allow the defense to introduce the true character of those who Kyle claims attacked him.
Excellent summation by Ann. Still awaiting the verdict.
“Nope. He was fighting like a banshee.”
I think she meant “bantam”. Banshees come and make howl when someone’s about to die.
