To: Bruce Campbells Chin

While a retrial is a bad possibility, getting railroaded is even worse. Rittenhouse is looking at a life sentence! We would hope that if there is a retrial, he would have better representation.

The judge can always grant a motion to toss out the verdict afterwards. If he grants the motion now, though, there is no possiblity for getting a not guilty verdict and ending this for good.

Any judge rightly would be reluctant to toss the case at this point.

IF it goes to a retrial-—I see nothing wrong with the defense.

The real HOT POTATO will be in the DA’s office-—Who would want a retrial handed to them when it is evident the Prosecution lied /altered witness testimony found in discovery/and deliberately withheld evidence from the Defense???
