“He made himself the very image of the riot,” Senior U.S. District Judge Royce C. Lamberth said in pronouncing the sentence.
“What you did was terrible,” Lamberth added later, imposing the lower end of the federal guidelines. “You made yourself the epitome of the riot.”

My sentiments EXACTLY! Did this asshole judge try any cases of the real rioters throughout 2020? I’ll bet nobody got three years for trespass. As for the trespass, I’d like to see the proof of that, because I saw the cops ushering people INTO the Capitol.

I rather think that Ashley Babbitt was the true face of the “riot”. This poor fool was the only armed member of the “insurrection”. He had a toy spear.
AntiFa probably know the guy pretty well. Dollars to donuts they concluded early on that they couldn’t use him for any of their normal nefarious purposes, or let him in on any of their actual attack plans, because he is not inherently or basically dangerous, nor is he, at heart, anti-American or anti-Western culture in any cognizable way.

This sucks. I hoped most of these witch hunt allegations wouldn’t stick ,boy was I wrong.
I regret not going to the Capital on Jan 6 and protesting the stolen election. After the election steal, I was so upset I ignored politics and the news completely for months. If i knew about the protest on Jan 6 I would have been there, because every voice counts against those corrupt democrats.
Many Capital protestors are rotting in prison, being treated terribly by guards. Marjorie is investigating along with others but we need more support. I don’t doubt the Deep State gave this guy a corrupt lawyer whose job was to lose the case for his deep state masters.
