As the Kyle Rittenhouse jury deliberates his fate, a small crowd is forming outside the courthouse.
Roughly two dozen people have been milling around the courthouse, half of whom appear to be supporting Rittenhouse and half of whom clearly are not.
There’s a mix of pro and anti-Rittenhouse protesters outside the Kenosha County Courthouse today as we wait for a verdict.

Some arguments have taken place between the two groups throughout the day.

Protestors with megaphones are said to be taunting the jurors as they decide Rittenhouse’s fate.
Jurors are probably afraid of the savages outside the courthouse.
They shouldn’t be.

Jurors heard the final arguments Monday and began deliberations Tuesday. The final, 12-person jury is reported to consist of five men and seven women.
The jury asked for additional copies of the judge’s instructions, specifically pages 1-6, which lay out the self-defense privilege. They have since asked for additional copies of pages 7-36.

If the judge had any balls he would declare a mistrial.
Due to witness, jury and judicial threats/intimidation, a fair trial is impossible to be had. All charges dismissed. Probably not. Will the US ag step in? Will the doj file hate crime charges?
This seems to be an insurrection against the judicial system.
It’s not over yet.
That does seem to be the best outcome at the moment.
Trying to intimidate jurors is a crime. Are the cops looking the other way? Again? Don’t they know that their dereliction is why a trial is going on?
Don’t be in such a hurry, dude/dudette. The cowering jury must do their ‘work’ and THEN the Judge will decide the issue of mistrial. The mob of stupid BLM thugs are getting their day to expose the stupidity of their movement. Not a single racial aspect to this tevent but the media has enabled it to become a race issue. The disgust level needs to build more so this sort of mob demands get the proper dismissal in the future.

A reasonable bet.
However.
Since this is November and the midterm elections are less than a year away, if you were a Dem strategist, does filing charges against Rittenhouse work against Dem incumbents, giving the GOP more legitimate ammunition against Biden and the Democrats?
Or is it good enough for the Dems to just have the talking points of “racism! racism!” when he’s acquitted?
What it means is the left doesn’t want you to have the right to self defense. They want the fascists/blm crowd to take what they want, burn your business down, and/or kill you.
The trial is about that.
Kyle was supposed to allow the angry mob to proceed with their arson, theft and destruction and to kneel down in contrition for being a Whitey.

judge did nothing
with a gun in his chamber .... aimed at the jury.

One has to wonder had this kid been black how this would be playing out.
They are cowards and need to be stood up to and handled appropriately. Too bad we no longer have functioning law enforcement and kids need to pick up the slack.
The requested pages of the jury instructions appear to indicate they are taking the insane prosecution argument about KR having provoked Rossenbloom somewhat seriously. I predict a hung jury.
No brainer mistrial.
If they want to retry it, go for an island in the Aleutians.
I’ll be a dollar that if, by some twisted miscarriage of Justice the jury comes back with any guilty verdicts, the Judge is going to declare a mistrial and dismiss the charges with prejudice due to prosecutorial misconduct.
