Can the jury see the HD version?
There is a substantial difference in quality between the “low def” version given the defense and the “hi def” source. Big time difference. I can’t believe the commenters who said they can’t see a difference.
To have the inferior quality video entered into the record as evidence for the prosecution required the covering up of the fact by the prosecution that there was/is perhaps more definitive evidence from the same source. If the device captured the relevant image frames at the highest level of video resolution available then that should be the default level of video quality to be admitted as evidence for both sides. Thomas “The Finger” Binger- It’s out of his hands...for now. If he gets sued or prosecuted himself, he’ll probably try to prosecute the plaintiff(s) as a defense strategy.

So, did the clearer video show that Kyle was wearing his gun backwards to ‘trigger’ Rosenbaum into trying to kill him, or not?
