If Kyle Rittenhouse is found guilty of murder and other charges in connection with the shooting deaths of two protesters in Kenosha, Wisconsin last summer, his attorneys will have several issues they can use to appeal, Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz told Newsmax Tuesday.
"I will never predict how a jury will come out because I don't know the composition of the jury," said Dershowitz, who has called for an acquittal throughout the dramatic trial, during an appearance on Newsmax's "John Bachman Now." "But I can tell you how it should come out. This should be an acquittal."
But, Dershowitz said, "I'm an appellate lawyer, so I specialize in wrong verdicts, and if this verdict comes out guilty, I think the appellate issues would be quite substantial."

Cowardly. I mean they are threatening the judge and the jury. Clearly, the Brownshirts don’t fear the DOJ, local police, or the justice system. The jury has to know that their families and their lives are in danger, as well as their community and property. The problem isn’t that the jury is cowardly, per se, it’s that the nation has digressed to a point that rule of law is a joke and only enforced politically. The very trial that they have witnessed has reaffirmed that. I can’t call them cowardly, I call the people that voted to destroy the Republic as cowardly. God bless the jury to do the right thing, and for once the government to actually protect their families for doing so.
If rittenhouse is found guilty, two things will happen:
I won’t step forward to defend anyone during a riot.
Or if i do choose to do so it’ll be from 100+ yards and no one will know i was there.
If he’s found innocent, blm will suddenly go dark. We’ll never hear from them again. Also, they won’t be around to pay off corrupt leftists do that’s an income stream of theirs gone. Look out for retaliation at any level.
Is this a good or bad sign they haven’t decided yet?
Now, THAT’S funny!
Posobiec says there are 2 jurors holding up an acquittal because they’re afraid of Violent backlash against themselves and their families (they’re afraid the media will doxx them).
The jury just sat through a trial where the government lionized murderous rioters and persecuted the most clearly innocent person in recent memory. How can the jury expect to fare when the mob shows up at their doorstep. Cowardice, perhaps, but then I don’t see an army of the righteous gathering in front of the courthouse either.
LOL, I hope to run into him someday ...
One has to know these are nazi’s people making the threats.
The jurors should have had special protections put in place for them as is sometimes the case in Mafia trials and trials involving drug dealers.
I don't know the time the Judge sent the Jury to deliberations, the "time" component starts then.
I’ve read a few stories that said the jury doesn’t want to provide a ruling out of fear of reprisal. I think they’ve already billed “not guilty” on all counts, but they’re in fear for their lives and the lives of their families. It’s a God forsaken tragedy.
I like the 100 yard plan.
That is true.
Remember, Marxists always come for Idiots that are No Longer Useful, which is a Juror that folded under threat and is alive to tell about it.
Additionally, Marxists habitually commit violence and criminal acts and False Flag Frame Conservatives and Patriots for those acts, and a Juror that convicts and brags is No Longer Useful except for that Hoax.
So the Jurors are screwed if they are NOT already prepared to defend themselves from the Marxist Left, no matter what verdict they delivered.
Defending ones self while brandishing a huge set of balls is the best way to defend ones self.
“...phone numbers, etc of jurors have been compiled by the Maoists and that they can expect trouble if they acquit.”
And Mr DA should be on camera right now saying that he will prosecute all cases of jury intimidation, as should soy boy Merritt Garland. And the charges won’t stop there.
They can come and live with me. I’m retired and armed and can be a bodyguard for them on the cheap. I’m good with dogs too if they have dogs. Cats not so much.
“Is this a good or bad sign they haven’t decided yet?”
In the old days short verdict = guilty but that is no longer the case.
Most cases today that have long jury deliberations have a guilty verdict.
How does Posobiec know these things? He’s really on top of things.
“Is this a good or bad sign they haven’t decided yet?”
I think it’s a bad sign.
