What they do is rehab old hotels from the 50’s. The Valley Ho being the most famous of these old resorts. The rooms have been updated but are still the smaller style from the era. This one we’ve seen mixed to poor reviews on over the years for stay-cations, which is what keeps them afloat during the summer. For the locals, once a hotel like this gets a reputation they become anathema. They recently outed Scottsdale CRT loving school board President is just one example of crap we do not stand for. The scumifornia invasion of our beautiful little town has gone far enough. I expect this hotel will be out of business within the next two years.
Funny, I have lived in Phoenix for a long time and have never heard of the hotel this is being held at.
