The Biden administration is expected to begin the process of expanding the booster authorization to all adults as early as this week, according to a source familiar with internal planning.

Why it matters: America's booster campaign got off to an underwhelming start, potentially leaving millions of vulnerable people at risk as the holidays approach.

The big picture: The pandemic still isn't over, and the data is clear that vaccine effectiveness has waned over time and with the rise of Delta — but also that a booster dose restores protection against the virus to remarkable levels.

Despite disagreement among experts about who needs a booster, there's broad consensus that older people and at least some with underlying health conditions should get an additional dose around six months after their first series.

But only 36% of Americans 65 and older have received a booster shot, according to the CDC.

"As every month goes by, the immunity wanes more and more. So as time goes by, you’re going to see more vaccinated people" becoming more vulnerable to the virus, NIAID director Anthony Fauci told Axios. The vast majority of breakthrough cases — particularly among younger people — aren't severe. But "as is always the case, the elderly are more vulnerable, because they're more likely to have waning of protection over time…”, Fauci said.

You’re missing the big picture. What’s really important is the transfer of tax dollars to the pharm companies, with of course, no liability if it kills us.

Moderna CEO went from net worth of 450M to 10.7B in one year. Let that sink in. Virtually all of it was done with taxpayer’s money. The whole thing has been a scam from the start, beginning with financing China to develop it and get the pandemic started, to influencing elections, to making it mandatory. I have no idea how it will end.

The only reason I ask is that God Fauci basically said initially that we would reach herd immunity at about 70% which we have long surpassed. So if he was that wrong, how do we know they are right this time around?

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson held a press conference yesterday [Video Here] where he announced the U.K. COVID mitigation policy will now require citizens of the U.K. to undergo booster jabs.  The government approved definition of “fully vaccinated“, will now require the citizens to take booster shots in order to remain compliant.

Comrades, the collective aspirations of the Ministry of COVID Health, have determined the booster program is the best way to transfer taxpayer funds to the pharmaceutical corporations who are now in control of government.  Our community health COVID authorization passport is now contingent upon our obedience to an undetermined number of ongoing jabs.

There are many concerning issues; however, the alarming aspect is to consider that through COVID the government now controls the definitions of “fully vaccinated“, and that definition is what opens newly constructed gates permitting your freedom.  Regardless of how you feel about the vaccine, the ability of a government to modify a definition of your physical being – that then permits your freedom, should be beyond alarming.

♦ Big Picture – The COVID Passport, now currently deployed in Europe and Australia, becomes the vector for entry into a digital identification process.  At the end of that digital ID process is a centralized database, which, not coincidentally, directly aligns with the capability of the federal government to trigger what the Build Back Better leaders have described as  a centralized system to control all financial deposits, transactions and human activity through the digital ID now created.

The vaccine itself has not killed or adversely affected enough Americans so the booster should finish the job.

If nothing else the booster shot should WIPE OUT any NATURAL IMMUNITY achieved.

They are going to set a time limit on the double jabbed, probably one year from second jab, whereby the fully vaccinated will revert to being unvaxed, and people will once again be faced with a mandate deadline.

I think they are going to have a hard time with that.

Whatever percentage they have of federal workforce and contractors getting vaxed before the current deadline, I think they are going to have difficulty hitting half that number on the booster.
