Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger holds Kyle Rittenhouse's gun as he gives the prosecution's closing argument at the Kenosha County Courthouse in Wisconsin on Monday.

A Wisconsin prosecutor on Monday called Kyle Rittenhouse a gunman with no “honor” or “legal authority” to kill two men during protests last year in Kenosha.

Kenosha County Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger challenged Rittenhouse’s claim of self-defense in gunning down Anthony Huber, 26, and Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, on Aug. 25, 2020.

“So consider, for example, whether or not it’s heroic or honorable to provoke and shoot unarmed people,” he told jurors in closing arguments.

"They enjoy the thrill of going around and telling people what to do, without the courage or the honor to back it up and without the legal authority to do so," he said.

It would have been a hoot IF there had been a round left in the chamber and went off....hopefully missing everyone, especially the Judge and Kyle.

Don’t know about the first guy Rittenhouse shot, the one grabbing for his gun, but the second one smashed him with a skateboard and the third was pointing a Glock at him.

One can’t help but notice that the bolt is forward and
there is no chamber flag. I’ll bet he never even looked
to clear the piece himself.

Morons.

Yes, but facts mean little to a Democrat.

Brandishing a weapon! The bailiff should have tackled him!

I know a judge in Georgia that got in trouble for pulling out his personal piece and pointing it at the witness during a trial.

“”This guy should be disbarred for the crap he pulled in this case.””

He and the judge should form a partnership and take it on the road. The judge is a clown and I haven’t found a word yet that describes the prosecutor except jerk.

How, exactly, do you provoke somebody by holding a gun? It w would seem that that would be the moment to cool off. Indeed if you are obviously armed and another presses the attack I’d say he is dead serious in his intentions.

The judge should have charged the funky-headed Soros/Blumberg funded prosecutor with prosecutorial misconduct weeks ago. If Rittenhouse gets found guilty, an appellate court will have a field day ripping them all new ones, and Rittenhouse will not have to work another day when he’s done suing every entity that did him wrong.
