If there is even a tiny hint of jury tampering-I.E the taking pictures of them, they watching the news, et al, the judge can overturn the verdict.

I “tried” to watch her special a couple weeks ago about the Gabby Petito case on fox.....after tolerating her nasty demeanor for 15 minutes or so I couldn’t take it anymore.

I haven’t heard anyone say this so I’ll step up. If you watch the Kyle tapes you see that he is clearly running away and backing up and trying to get away from his attackers. He only uses his rifle in self defense. That is plain as day!
If the jury finds Kyle guilty on any counts then there will be NO situation in which self defense is feasible. All self defense laws will be voided.

I turned this on last night. The show was despicable, and the guests were uninformed on both the case, and their supposed areas of expertise.
