Kyle Rittenhouse’s mother Wendy went on Fox News and issued a subtle warning to President Joe Biden. Earlier in the week, Wendy Rittenhouse accused Biden of defaming her son.
Wendy said: “He wanted to take the stand, and he wanted to tell what happened to him that night, and I didn’t know he was going to take the stand until that day, and I was scared, but Kyle did a wonderful job, and I couldn’t be prouder of him.
“I’m hoping that the outcome is a not guilty verdict, but I know a lot of people out there want my son to be guilty. It’s in the hands of the jury, and watching them, they’ve been taking notes, listening to the truth.
“And I hope they take that into what the outcome is going to be – not from the media, not from the president of the United States, not from celebrities, not from athletes: It’s about the truth.”
President Biden made another embarrassing flub when he commented on Kyle’s case before he took office by tweeting a video of the violence in Kenosha, which included an image of Kyle Rittenhouse carrying an AR-15 rifle.
Biden captioned the tweet:
“There’s no other way to put it: the President of the United States refused to disavow white supremacists on the debate stage last night.”
When asked about the defamation suit Wendy said ominously:
“Our lawyers are gonna handle that,” she said.

All the more reason for the lefties to convict. Some say Garland is waiting in the wings with charges (?) just in case. They cannot be Wrong.

The screen on FOX had a headline on Nancy Grace calling Kyle a “vigilante”. Sick world.
His father lives in Kenosha.

It appears that his parents are divorced. I read somewhere that his father lives in Kenosha WI, as do at least one set of grandparents (and his best friend).
Didn’t Kyle say his father lived in Kenosha as a response to the prosecutor questioning Kyle’s community?

Tried to watch her Rittenhouse special. Couldn’t do it. She’s all in on convicting. I think it was Fox News way of softening the blow for their viewers. (The last two perps were actually trying to disarm an active shooter?)
You never know with a jury.
It would make no sense to file a civil case until the criminal case has concluded. If Kyle is convicted, the civil case has little chance of succeeding.
if I am not mistaken dad lives in Kenosha. That is why the media doesn’t talk about dad. It’s one of the reasons kyle was in Kenosha
The jurors have been doxxed and the entire town is under threat of more riots if they find self defense.
Rekieta law has done a good stream on YouTube. 4-8 lawyers analyzing it and they’ve found the defense to be lacking.
Should hear the motion to dismiss this morning both on all charges and on the specific issue of possession of a weapon, which the prosecution never proved.
