Putting American businesses out of business for complying with federal law is plum stupid and certainly not conservative.

BiXiden’s mandate is not Congressional Law.

Protecting the rights of individuals to be free of destructive mandates is totally conservative.

Disagree. This is how you play hardball. Most employers are laying down over the mandates or too paralyzed to know what to do. If more states take this tack an army of business leaders are going to force the limp d__ks in congress to throttle the Biden mandate clown show.

Please specify the “law” they’re complying with.

The article is misleading. I see no mention of “Biden’s mandate” in the description of the Oklahoma law.
“Biden’s mandate” has been blocked — at least temporarily — by a Federal court. This Oklahoma law is aimed at businesses that try to impose the stupid vaccine mandate anyway.

Don’t be an ass - the Federal Government is overstepping for “The Common Good”
Find me a Noble Cause Clause in the Constitution and I’ll apologize for calling you an ass.

So would you also apply that standard to German businesses when given Nazi mandates to help round up and gas the Jews?
If not, where do you draw the line, given that we cannot even get truthful information out of the bunch running the country?

Putting American businesses out of business for complying with federal law is plum stupid and certainly not conservative. When FedGov pushes liability to businesses vis a vis an un-Constitutional mandate and woke companies run by liberal idiots comply with them, it is absolutely Conservative to enforce the Constitution and hold those who comply with un-Constitutional "mandates" accountable for their actions.

Individual rights under 9th amendment > federal law.
The States need to protect business from onerous and/or unconstitutional federal law.
A federal law requiring the boss to rape my 16 yr old daughter should also be ignored.
