But there is no criminal proceedings here....just an inquiry. I think the courts will side with Trump all the way.

Sometimes I get the feeling this is a war of words - they are trying to destroy President Trump’s political legacy and public image rather than trying to put political leaders in jail.
They did arrest some big shot Trump supporters but I think it backfired on them - since the public knows it’s all political.
They do have Jan 6th protesters rotting in jail. but I think that will backfire too
In 2022 we may find out the American people don’t like Democrat and RINO dirty fighting.
There will always be 33% voters who are dumb as rocks - but there are a also lot of decent people that were straddling the fence but are smart enough to know they are being lied to.
The Democrat and fake news lies are getting too obvious - something’s got to give.
