entire globe has now endured for nearly two years,10 and which OSHA itself spent nearly two months responding to11—is unavailing as well. And its promulgation grossly exceeds OSHA’s statutory authority.
Government Emergency orders are for emergencies, Covid is known virus with a known treatment path and prevention path. What the media does not want to cover, the virus to 66% of the population is not a threat, the other 34% should get their vaccine, prepa or change their lifestyle.

I’d think it would be hard for the Biden Administration to be able to justify vaccine mandates for some people like government employees, but then not require the postal service to follow the same mandates. You either apply the rule to everyone fairly and equally, or you don’t apply it at all. When I went to work in NY State’s prison system back in 1980, an older officer gave me some sage advice: “You don’t do for one, what you can’t, or won’t do for all.” Consistency needs to be followed, and Biden’s mandates just don’t do that.

In my opinion it spells things using common sense that any company that enforces this ETS while this is the law of the land would be doing so extrajudicially and would therefore be exposed to damage claims by practically everyone.
Couple this with Lee signing the omnibus thing in TN today which I believe opens the door for suing such companies in the event of harm and the result could be devastating.

Whether I choose to keep Covid out of my body thru faulty vaccine or prophylaxis regimen is not your choice, or the Fed Gov.
How I intend to provide for my family is - and has been for two years -solely up to me.
Hint: Keeping spike proteins OUT of a person’s body in the first place is the best route, but that is not the agenda.
