I don’t think you can just assume that.
I mean we have rap artists that use that word and we’re paying to download their songs. We go to movies or turn on tv and hear people saying that and nobody talks about how “vulgar” that experience is. We have had media and celebrity folks say that about Trump and no one said that was “vulgar” of them.
See, free speech is permitted. Even vulgar speech is permitted.
But LGB incites riots. It should be banned.
