Today, the New York headquarters of the pharmaceutical giant has agreed to pay a total of $60.2 million in penalties to settle the documented charges of bribery.

Italy was not the only country where Pfizer has been accused of bribing doctors and local officials. "Pfizer took short cuts to boost its business in several Eurasian countries, bribing government officials in Bulgaria, Croatia, Kazakhstan and Russia to the tune of millions of dollars,"

"Pfizer H.C.P. admitted that between 1997 and 2006, it paid more than $2 million of bribes to government officials in Bulgaria, Croatia, Kazakhstan and Russia," notes a press release issued by the DoJ. "Pfizer H.C.P. also admitted that it made more than $7 million in profits as a result of the bribes."

This may be from 9 years ago, but tigers don't change their stripes.

Pfizer has a history of bribery.

There are billions (if not trillions) of dollars at stake. How much do you think the now mandatory vaxxing of children will make Pfizer?

Why wouldn't we think Pfizer and other vax makers are bribing government official? They've done it before.

And how about in the USA, where bribery is disguised under an assumed name, like “contributions to a fund”, “book deals,” “high paying job in the media”.

The prior admin thought US companies who couldn’t do bribes in foreign countries put them at a disadvantage, and or unfair.

Foreign countries. That’s the way they do business. As long as they don’t do it here. That’s why we’re the richest nation o this earth.

That’s right. Mark Mendelssohn and the Obama DOJ abused the FCPA and destroyed General Cable. The DOJ is thoroughly corrupt.
