All options are on the table for Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis as he attempts to fight back against the Biden administration secretly sending illegal immigrants to the Sunshine State.
The Republican governor claimed the administration has sent 70 planes full of young illegal immigrants to Jacksonville in the middle of the night over the summer.
Since the federal government controls the airspace, the flights have been “unannounced,” and DeSantis was given “no notice.”
One option is going after the private contractors he believes the administration is working with.
“We can obviously deny them state contracts, which we will do. Can we deny them access to Florida's market generally? Can we tax them? Can we do things to provide disincentives so they can't do it? So we're going to do whatever we can to do it,” he told Fox News earlier this week.
"But we are going to go after some of these contractors because they are bringing in people that are causing burdens on us and, as we've said, tragically caused someone to lose their life,” he added, referring to one Honduran national Biden sent who allegedly killed a father of four in the state.
During a Wednesday press conference, DeSantis pledged to do whatever it takes “in the immediate term to protect folks in Florida.”
Another option he mentioned is sending them in buses to Biden’s home state.
“If they’re going to come here, we’ll provide buses,” DeSantis said, adding, “I will send them to Delaware and do that. If [President Biden's] not gonna support the border being secured, then he should be able to have everyone there.”
DeSantis press secretary Christina Pushaw said he's very serious about the idea of sending illegal immigrants out of Florida.
“To the extent that the federal government is paying for them to go all over the country and resettling them in Jacksonville, would it be against the law for us to send them somewhere else?" she told the New York Post. "That’s something that I think we would want to look into."
Send them ALL to D.C.
FJB!
This guy is based.
Send them ALL to D.C. and the elite neighborhoods around CD where the elite congressits and their lap dogs live.
Sorry Florida, but the nation needs him.
DeSantis 2024!
Drop them off in front of the White House and the Capitol Building. And FBI headquarters, and Homeland Security headquarters.....
If DeSantis was serious Florida would be doing workplace raids illegal immigrant employers and shutting them down. Until he does he’s just posing and lying.
Free Amtrack tickets and cash to a Blue Hen Delaware Thanksgiving dinner.

There it is.
Any illegal immigrant caught in any state should be held until there is a bus full, drive that to DC and let them out at BLM Plaza (1st and 16th just west of Lafayette Park).
Maybe be human about it too and give them a sleeping bag and some basic utensils... spoon, fork...
Bammy put a high number of Somali’s into Boise, Idaho, in the middle of the night under cover of secrecy, also.
Governors should to look into ‘Impounding’ Planes/Buses that carry-out ‘Middle of the Night’ Illegal Transport, for large-scale Human Trafficking! There is a ‘legal’ Immigration Process, that’s being ignored..
Preamble to the US Constitution “.. provide for the ‘common defense’..” It seems to me that these ‘middle of the night’ flights are a violation of one or more “Federal or State” immigration laws/statutes with regard to human trafficking, as currently enacted.
Just not sure of the “exact” laws..
DeSantis 2024!
DeSantis 2024!
This sounds similar to a Republican running for the legislative of Michigan or Wisconsin, somewhere in the upper midwest, who promised to purchase bus tickets for the homeless to go to California.
C’mon man! Tho$e people are crucial to all of his plan$... he ju$t couldn’t a$$ign $some re$pon$ibility to tho$e pillar$ of the community! It wouldn’t be FAIR!!!!
(I would hope that everyone saw the damm sarcasm there.)
He sounds like a conservative fighter. I wish we had a party of those.
This is all well and good. But wherever he sends them to (I wish it were to dc), they will turn around and send them back to Florida- it’ll be like a game of ping pong. Tougher measures wil.,have to be implemented to stop that possibility I think?
DeSantis 2028. Trump needs a 2nd term where he won't be restricted by the need to run again. We won't get much meaningful out of DeSantis until 2028 if he takes 2024 and wins re-election in '28.
Confiscate the planes and arrest all on board.
