Is the legislation perfect? Of course not. But as Washington spendapaloozas go, it has the chance to do some good, upgrading the subways and buses of New York City and breaking ground on the much-needed new rail tunnel under the Hudson. The bill also swayed 19 Republican senators."

What about pi$$ing away a trillion dollars in government waste is in any way “conservative.”
They saved it in the House.
Hoeven, Crapo, Grassley and Murkowsky are all up in 2022 and ALL of them should be replaced or they will keep being Assistant Democrats.
It a garbage bill that does nothing worthwhile but does spend a lot of money on the DC-NY rail corridor as well as creating a bunch of government agency slush funds.
Actual infrastructure work is almost non existent in this garbage
Yes the 13 in the House saved it for Nancy and they should be taken out in the primary as well as Murkowsky, Hoeven, Grassley and Crapo.
In fact, of the GOP Senators up in 2022 the only ones worthy of re-election are Paul, Johnson and Kennedy.
The rest need to be replaced.
Thankfully Burr, Portman, Blunt, Shelby and Toomey are quitting.
