Yeah, I thought Kyle did well to point out that he was lowering his weapon during a frame that the prosecutor had frozen and commented on.
The judge needs to call it a day. Kyle had done well but he has been up there long enough listening to this jack-ass.

You got it. I tend not to watch courtroom antics, so maybe have insulated myself. Just disgusting to see this.
My *only* response will be to ask for my lawyer, if arrested or threatened with same.
I am referring to testifying in court or a politician or executive when questioned by the press.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad he dropped those scum and hope he gets off; there is no right to riot or loot.

I'm not a litigator, but in my thirty-plus years of law practice I've only encountered a handful of lawyers who were complete douche bags. Binger is certainly a complete douche bag.
I think the defense attorney is probably realizing that the badgering is creating sympathy in the jury. I’m sure he is watching them. He can go over any points to clarify matters on cross. If the DA goes too far, he will object.
Is the “pinch and zoom” like a “bend and snap”?

Wow, I thought there would be more and his attorney would ask some questions on re-direct. Kyle did good.(Again).

It’s hard to shoot a target with a pistol at 10 feet under pressure or a quick draw. That’s why you hear these stories of cops shooting 60 times, and missing the target. Kyles attacker wouldn’t have been effective with a pistol unless he was very close. The ADA remoark he could just as easily have shot him from 10 or 20 years away was ignorant.
Even Kyle’s shots were close, all were within 4 feet, and some had muzzle contact.
No redirect from defense? He let the Prosecution badger his client for several hours and he has no redirect? Wow.
