I had to find another live stream. Who thought it was a good idea to have these commenting audibly during live testimony?
ADA isn’t very self-aware. He’s so preoccupied with where he is going, that he is substantially blind to the reality around him.
In the alternative, he’s just a pathological liar and cheat.

Binger was trying to sneak this into evidence as shadows and distortion will show he may have raised the gun and provoked. That’s the entrapment question - “Did you tell me EVERYTHING?”

Colombo episodes are always good. Even though she was a murderer, I couldn’t help but to pity her as she sat there, out of her mind, giggling at her old films when she was young and famous.
Yeah, well, NOTHING is 100% There is always some amount of distortion and estimation going on. The question here is whether or not the distpotion is tolerable, in light of the question it is supposed to help resolve.
I have no idea where ADA is going with this series of images, other than he is going to paste his made up narrative on whatever he shows and ask Kyle to agree.
The ADA is certainly willing to take one for the team. He hasn’t had a good moment in this thing that I have seen. Obviously, he’s been promised something for making a fool of himself on the big stage. Either that, or he’s just a true believer. Sad choices.
And if he (Binger) cannot answer even the simplest question regarding the technology used, then he is either “thick” or lying. Good that judge kept it out of the court-room.

He strikes me a true believer, and as dishonest.
I think he is representative of the ethics of the local office. In other words, he is not an aberration, he is the norm in that office. Clean ‘em all out. This isn’t justice, this is persecution.

First standing DA in NC history to be removed in office, fought everyone every step of the way. Mentally ill.
ADA tried to sneak in zoom and enhance video which is not accurate. Judge thankfully said no and show me an expert that says it's 100% accurate.
Binger wanted to show a video and use pinch and zoom. Defesne objected. Judge upheld the objection until he (the judge) can be convinced (not by Binger) that pinch and zoom does not mislead.
Binger insists. Court took a break. Proabably back but teevee is show some animee ... BIDEN?

Yup. I can see zero distortion there.
BTW, if I were on the jury I would be a person who has never pinched and zoomed. Quite contrary to the prosecutors assertion that everyone is doing the pinch and zoom these days.
I had already seen a step by step compilation of exactly what happened prior to this that proved 100% that Kyle was innocent and acting in self defense against crazy lunatics that meant to do him harm.
But ... after watching the prosecutions questioning of Kyle... I think the prosecutor should have his law license revoked and be disbarred for persecutoral misconduct. And that Kyle should sue the DA office for millions.
Kyle might just be the most innocent person within 100 miles of those riots.
