Agenda 21 goals haven't been met so they came up with Agenda 2030 along with their 17 Sustainable Goals which will tie into the Great Reset. Blackrock has been buying up houses at higher than market value, outbidding regular buyers. I'd be willing to bet that a lot of those entire neighborhoods they bought up will be rezoned for multi-family dwellings loaded with Section 8 and other welfare occupants.
