Interesting. I didn't know there was another Bass in TN. So NH has outsourced their dynasty, like the Udalls, Bushes, Cheney's, and Kennedy's.

I recall the Bass that served in Congress recently was pretty RINOish. It would be pretty pathetic if John Sununu Jr. was the "most conservative" of the Sununu/Gregg/Bass trio of pampered Governor's kids.

No known relation between the two. Only noting how they altered the course of one-party control in each of their states with respect to a Senate seat (which in both cases took three terms to regain control again).
