1) Where is the missing Newsom? Answer: This is a free country. You have no right to invade his privacy by asking that.
2) For private citizen: Where is your proof of full vaccination? You can't keep your job, attend a sports event or movie. This is NOT a free country. The government can ask any private matter question it feels like asking.
