Mistrial
There is absolutely no way you can’t declare a mistrial and dismiss this jury. Not only is the trial completely tampered with and corrupted, but you have a responsibility for the safety of those jurors.
That is way too generous. Science Direct references studies which shows the IQ of sub-Saharan Africa generally falls in the range of 60 to 70, with the average being about 68.
The court also has independent authority to arrest the perpetrator and sentence him for contempt of court, correct?
How do you continue a trial with the jury publicly threatened..by rioters... That’s a problem.

Mistrial. The left can then riot and say there is no justice in the country because Rittenhouse got away with murder.
The left sees that this is going to result in an acquittal on good grounds.

Not necesssarily a mistrial if they DO know about it. Either side can move for mistrial, and judge decides.
