The suckers who get the “vaccine” can STILL get COVID19 and pass it onto others.

Why aren’t they forced to get the daily test to prevent others from this “grave” and “dangerous” disease?

1 Corinthians 15:55
O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?

... “save over 6,500 worker lives and prevent over 250,000 hospitalizations over the course of the next six months,” ...

Make CHOICE illegal and this country will save ~440,000 future American citizens' lives in the next 6 months.

I believe the real grave danger to workers is an obesity epidemic, not a virus.

...and they write it presumably with a straight face, unironically, unashamedly, as if they really believe it’s true.

According to the CDC, there have been 46.4 million cases of covid in the US. Total deaths are listed at 754 thousand. That means that the deaths accumulated are .016 of all the cases in the US. Grave?

“Texas is not going to go along with this madness. Courts or no courts.”

If OSHA issues a citation to a company in Texas for not complying with this rule, what do you think Texas will do?

The OSHA thing is moving on two tracks, both thracks “owned” by OSHA.

One track is the emergency rule. This requires a finding of grave danger. They found it, but they know this finding can be rejected by a court.

So, OSHA also set out on the regular rulemaking track. This doe not require a finding of grave danger, but does require time for public comment. The standard here is “significant risk,” whatever the government/courts decide that is. Arc Flash kills maybe 10 people a year. That’s enough to trigger “significant risk.”

OSHA is about to become a “grave risk” and a “great danger” with the vaxx mandates.

The OSHA stunt is pure waste. It’ll be tossed - and quicker than I thought. I figured it would take a couple years, but this might be settled in less than one year.

Thing is, the government approach is to attack the people from many directions, some of which the government expects to fail. We have EO (contractors), Labor/OSHA, FDA ... and then there are the state governments, which provide a mixed bag. I figure there will eventually be vax-based travel and premises entry restrictions.

The people have to fight off all the attackers, and there is attrition even from nutty attacks like the OSHA one. By attrition, I mean the government will cause real harm to people - loss of job, waste of money, and some will decide to take the vax against their will. The government will say there was no coercion.

Just plain bad people. The founders understood that government is like fire, dangeorous, but can be used for good. Our federal government is out of control six ways to Sunday.

Every point you make is true.

However, the "grave danger" from the vaccines is not just to our liberty, it's to the fact that while this OSHA/FJB "stunt" (as you accurately identify it) continues, people who wouldn't otherwise get the needle are be forced to do so ... and people will continue to be forced by their employer to get the needle until the employer no longer has "cover" on the OSHA/FJB mandate.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott bans any COVID-19 vaccine mandates — including for private employers (Oct. 11, 2021)

https://www.texastribune.org/2021/10/11/texas-greg-abbott-covid-19-vaccine-mandate/

“Texas Gov. Greg Abbott on Monday issued another executive order cracking down on COVID-19 vaccine mandates — this time banning any entity in Texas, including private businesses, from requiring vaccinations for employees or customers.”

“Abbott also called on the Legislature to pass a law with the same effect, promising to rescind the executive order once that happened.”

Did Biden use an executive order? No, he knew he did not have that authority.

As AG, Greg Abbott was the most successful AG in the history of Texas as far as winning lawsuits against the Fed Gov.

Resist, we must and will.

And God is still in charge, not the US Fed Gov. Especially under the Obozo minions running the Xi-O’Biden regime.

But, what if the courts don’t go our way? Most judges are, after all, old men scared out of their wits who likely think the Covid death rate is 20%, or something. Typically, they’ve been more than happy to rubber-stamp nonsense like this, being that we are in a “deadly pandemic” and all that. “Civil liberties be damned, so long as I can have a slightly better chance of playing golf for another few years,” they reason, probably.

The likely other reason is not fear of death, but more likely the huge check from Big Pharma that's going to pay for their new vacation home in someplace warm and tropical.

Abbott’s executive order does not prevent OSHA from issuing a citation to a business.

It will go to the supreme court. OSHA will lose.
