I live 30 miles south of Wilkes-Barre and this is the first time I’m hearing about this. I check the Scranton/Wilkes news sites every day, nothing was reported back in September.
Also, it is said the the perp was arrested for DWI, injury and/or death and leaving the scene. Since he was not out on bail he must have been looking at a lot of time in the slammer with little hope of being found not guilty at trial.

Arrested in Lackawanna County Pa. That’s Scranton territory. Why no details of the cause of the arrest? The article paints him to be a victim but there were obviously other victims, and what’s a DC cinsultant doing near Scranton anyway?
