True, her primary campaign against Enzi was thankfully DOA, otherwise we’d have the even worse scenario of “Senator Liz Cheney” now. I agree Barbara Curin was the gold standard as far as WY politicians.
I never thought she had a remote shot at defeating Enzi back in 2014. Had Enzi decided to retire that year, I don’t think she’d have had a clear shot at it. I think Cynthia Lummis would’ve beaten her that year. At least give Cheney credit that she decided to commit political seppuku while in the House.
