I’ll take boring warm weather over cold ANY day. LOL
We’re under a frost advisory tonight and it looks like we might get it. It’s down to 32 and we have a way to go before sunrise.
I hear ya on 7:30 coming too early. I’m glad to get to sleep in tomorrow. Two early mornings in a row hurts and I’m ready for normal sleep time. Next weekend will be really rough with three early mornings in a row. But after that, no more early morning weekends until spring.
I uninstalled some apps, I also turned off notifications on everything except news sites, turned off background app refresh on all except news sites and also changed auto-lock from 2 minutes to 30 seconds.
Friday when I plugged it in it was at 53% full. Yesterday it was 78% after I did all those things.
I did find my old flip phone. It will serve as a backup if something happens and I need to take the iPhone in for the change in battery.
When I went to the Verizon store yesterday he said there was no place in town that did iPhone battery replacements, however I looked on Facebook and there WAS a place that did do iPhone repair work.
We'll see how things go in the coming days but also our Comanche Indians moved on to the playoffs. They play Washington (Not D.C. but the town in Oklahoma's high school football team) next week.
So, now on to Comanche Lake, spectacular weather and great time there yesterday. pics;

Here's a picture someone took of a Lubbock cotton field, our source of most allergies till it's finally harvested. Not as tall as yours but just as full of "stuff".
Glad you got the phone back on track and I hope that the battery life is even better now. We NEED the pictures you take with it. LOL!
Gizmo looks like he's about tuckered out from all the walking.
Amen and thanks luvie!
Amen!
Indeed I will miss those early morning wake-up calls. I’m not looking forward to the next few months being away from the museum. It would be nice if we stayed open year-round.
I know we have a tv crew showing up sometime soon to do a show on the museum and I’ll get to go up there for that. And they’ll still do group tours once in a while when people contact them about it and maybe this winter I’ll be asked to help sometimes. Just have to wait and see.
Love that shot of the cotton at Lubbock. How pretty!
Our cotton was so tall this year, it was rangy and not very pretty.
Put it out of its misery. LOL!
Put it out of its misery. LOL!
Shavua tov, prayers up for all our active and retired and their families!
