President Biden’s much-touted vaccine mandate for businesses with 100 employees or more met a roadblock on Saturday when the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit Court issued a temporary stay blocking the mandate while considering a permanent injunction.
The ruling from a three-judge panel on Saturday resulted from a stay sought by the states of Texas, Utah, Mississippi and South Carolina, as well as several businesses that opposed the Biden plan. The states and businesses filed a petition of review of the agency action, which goes directly to a federal appeals court instead of a one-judge federal district trial court.
“Because the petitions give cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the Mandate, the Mandate is hereby stayed pending further action by this court,” the judges wrote.

In a final item that bodes ill for the Biden administration, the panel of the New Orleans-based appeals court wrote that all future cases, appeals, motions, and petitions on this issue in that jurisdiction shall be assigned to that same three-judge panel under this docket number.
The judges are Edith Jones – an appointee of President Ronald Reagan and one of the most respected and brilliant conservative federal appeals judges in the nation, and Kyle Duncan and Kurt Engelhardt, both appointed by President Donald Trump.

There are multiple lawsuits on the military mandate, and on the EO (contractor) mandate. I don’t have a list, but a websearch should find a list of cases.
Great since these are NOT actual real vaccines, as those take 10 years on average to develop and these took 9 month. Democrats preach freedom but it doesn’t mean the same to them as it does to us. I saw an article of the best example going, “WATCH: Students Say ‘My Body My Choice’... Until it Comes to Vaccine Mandates”, and you can give that a look at CampusReform. What the left actually want is actions without consequences and that isn’t realistic. And we finally get to take back the language of “my body my choice” that the left has abused for years.

I understand Pacific Justice Institute has an attorney dedicated to the military mandate.
It won’t matter much as most businesses seem to have their own mandates. What will stop this is if each state changed the workmens comp to include anyone who is forced to take the gene therapy and gets sick at all is due workmens comp at the rate of full pay for life and health car for life. That will end this crap.

Well, the administration will keep pushing, but the courts could kneecap their plans. It’s not like Biden is going to send troops to enforce these edicts, the plan is just to bankrupt anyone who resists.
But that plan falls apart if the courts say “OSHA can’t do this”. The feds could, in theory, send a bill for the fines, but no court would enforce them.
So Monday should be interesting. And clearly, keeping the red states and counties red is a matter of great importance and urgency.
