I’m thinking there are a lot of denizens of Washington who are finally seeing the light: The “President” and his “Administration” are radical nutcases, and they’re quickly taking the government down with them.
Denizens of Washington who get their money from the government probably don’t particularly like the idea of the government being taken down.
The intimidation is just starting
wait till the Govt. lawyers accusingly say the judges “will be responsible for people dying” if they don’t maintain the vaccine mandate
... and the judges usually fold at that point, because none has the common sense to see that Covid, for most people, is about as deadly as the flu is now
few judges have the common sense to notice that this ISN’T an “emergency”, because if it was, the Govt. wouldn’t have stalled for 2 months merely talking about this
so the intimidation usually works
It should not be temporary.
The government does not have the right to force a jab, even if it passes a law allowing it. It does not have the right to force employers to fire people who don’t get jabbed.
The man who issued the mandate is unfit for public office.
All talk and theater. At the end of the day, the mandate will stand. This scene is to form the narrative that the mandate has been court tested, brilliant legal minds have weighed it, the constitution and the American form of government is working. Now roll up your sleeve and STFU.

Everyone other than the doom and gloom cynics knew this was inevitable.

Wow. That was quick decision. District court case must have started weeks ago, before the regulation was published and became effective.
The CDC has changed the definition of vaccine. I hope someone like Judicial Watch or others enters a friend of the court plea in this case and points out that vaccination, now only means something that has increased the body's immune response to a disease.
Getting lots of sleep, taking Vitamin C, surviving Covid-19 all can be viewed and increasing one's immune response.
Therefore the vaccination mandate under the CDC’s definition can mean just about anything qualifies and hence the mandate is meaningless.
It would be nice to hoist the Biden Administration CDC with their petard. Karma can sometimes be so fascinating to watch.
