U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, M.D. is leading Republican Senators in pledging to oppose ALL efforts to implement and enforce Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate particularly on upcoming spending measures considered by the U.S. Senate.
All 50 SENATE REPUBLICANS supported Senator Marshall’s AMENDMENT to the CR in September to prohibit funding for the promulgation or enforcement of the Biden Administration’s COVID vaccine mandate on private companies.
In the letter, the Senators said in part,
“…President Biden is waging a cruel campaign to punish unvaccinated Americans—depriving them of their ability to provide for their families. This is nothing short of immoral. There are so many humane ways to defeat this virus. Depriving law-abiding citizens of their livelihood must not be included among them… To that end, please be advised (many weeks in advance of the current spending period, which ends on December 3, 2021) that we will not support—and will use all means at our disposal to oppose—legislation that funds or in any way enables the enforcement of President Biden’s employer vaccine mandate. Nor will we vote for or support cloture on any continuing resolution in the absence of language protecting Americans from this action…

OSHA issued a Temporary Emergency Rule yesterday to force anyone working for a company with 100 or more workers to be vaccinated by January 4.
I believe if you take him at his word, yes.

If the GOP Senators stick together and fight back against these mandates, they’ll be heroes and there won’t be a Dem elected for a decade.
Even people who are vaccinated don’t want mandates.
While the vaccine mandates for private companies through OSHA are alarming, I don’t think that the administration (Not the bumbling figurehead, but those who are behind the veil. Those who are really running things.) believes they will survive any sort of court challenges.
I believe that they are mostly a smokescreen to cover what this really is all about. The vaccine mandates on the US Government employees and members of the military. This is a purge of anyone and everyone who will not comply with Democrat dictates. It is the ultimate fealty oath, where those who serve the administration are forced to knowingly take something that they know may kill them in order to continue to have a job.
This is not about public health, that has been more than proven. It is about compliance and getting rid of anyone who might report, delay, or stop whatever it is they want to do next.
Most of them probably just want a photo op pretending to be tough, and then a big kickback from Pfizer.

OSHA is working to raise a liability shield, by not classifying vaccine adverse effects as workplace injuries, and not requiring reporting, I think. There have been several threads over the last month or two.
Repeal the law that enables OSHA and disband the entire agency. Maybe get rid of the entire Department of Labor.
When the department and agency refuse to stay in their lane, it’s time to change tracks.
Right now there is no more important issue. Do not just introduce legislation. Shut down the Senate until all mandates are repealed and permanently prohibited. This should be non-negotiable.

OSHA is attempting to seize control of another federal agency, the US Department of Labor. Labor administers the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the holy grail for leftists.
Under the Civil Rights Act, religious exemptions in employment are outlined. OSHA is attempting to nullify Labor’s power. This is pitting one federal agency against another. Prepare for a battle.
In normal times the Civil Rights Act will trump any attack made against it. And yeh, I expect the fascists in black robes to get it wrong when it goes forward for litigation.
