So, if in a debate, do what they are doing here and lie (if necessary). Say something like: “I saw it FIRST HAND when my kids (or grand kids) were in their Zoom class.” And then make up something like: “When I was in school, we were NEVER individually asked to list 5 things that whites did to hold down blacks in the past 50 years - but there is was, right on Zoom.
