Several large business groups on Thursday said President Joe Biden’s latest COVID-19 vaccine requirement was poorly planned and would burden employers during the holiday season.
The mandate, announced by Biden in September, was released to the public for the first time on Nov. 4.
It requires employers with 100 or more employees—and, perhaps, smaller businesses—to secure proof of COVID-19 vaccination from workers or force them to get tested for the disease on a regular basis, at least once a week.
David French, a senior vice president at the National Retail Foundation, said retailers have taken “extraordinary measures” during the pandemic to protect employees and customers, including encouraging and mandating vaccination.
“Since the president’s announcement of the vaccine mandate for private industry, the seven-day average number of cases in the United States has plummeted by more than half. Nevertheless, the Biden administration has chosen to declare an ‘emergency’ and impose burdensome new requirements on retailers during the crucial holiday shopping season,” he said in a statement.
Michael Hanson, a senior executive vice president at the Retail Industry Leaders Association, said the deadline of Jan. 4, 2022, was disappointing because planning and implementation would fall “during the busiest part of the shopping season.”

Destroy the economy, while lining their pockets with pharmaceutical company profits. This is the Dim way. This is what it is all about.
Don't want, or don't need, the medicine your employer is mandating you take as a condition of your employment? It's your "choice," to work there, just go find another job somewhere else (we are told by the supporters).
Well...if EVERY employer is forced to mandate this injection, that effectively leaves people with NO choice between work/earning a living and mandated medicine.
It’s an idiotic EXECUTIVE ORDER!!! It’s NOT LAW...Don’t follow it!
Never mind the increased overhead that the mandate forces businesses to pay for.
What happens when 10% to 20% of their most valuable employees QUIT rather than take the clot-shot?
Just remember:

It’s not safe
It’s not effective.
No. It is not an "executive order." It's an OSHA regulation adopted pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. In that respect, it is a most assuredly "law," in the way that any federal regulation has the force of law. It is not "law" in the way that congressionally-enacted statute is "law," but the OSHA ETS has the force of law nevertheless. That's how our federal system has worked for decades.
All that said, the ETS is subject to judicial review. And if the ultimate reviewing court determines that the ETS exceeds OSHA's authority under the Occupational Safety and Health Act, then the ETS will be vacated accordingly. Unless and until that happens, however, the ETS is indeed "law."

tell them all along. Communists are not business friendly.

Where did the “regulation” come from?
Meanwhile, after this stern statement is released, these business leaders’ HR departments are salivating about the extra power and control these mandates seem to give them.
