I know nothing about this case... however we need to be honest in the larger context...

Some women/girls will lie about being harassed, assaulted etc, they will lie for attention, they will lie to get back at someone, the will lie to cover up... NO, I am not saying MOST girls/women do this, but it does indeed happen.

I was falsely accused by a girl long ago of doing something to her that NEVER happened. Fortunately, it never got to any level of police involvement.

If this girl was indeed assaulted this school district should be taken to the woodshed... If however, this girl is known to be someone who has a history of issues, and false claims, then maybe the school district is in the right.

Just because you get charged by the police doesn’t mean it happened.

If he did it, I feel for this girl and take the school to the woodshed and get him out of the school and off the streets....

If however this is a hoax/false accusation, I feel for this kid, he’s in a no win... Even if he is cleared of everything can’t unring having to go through something like that. If it is false accusations then this girl needs to be removed from the school and off the streets as well

Years ago, I lived in Charlotte and worked with a man whose daughter was taking karate. I think she was about 6 or 7. There was an older, much larger boy in her class (8? 9?) whose father was an athlete there - can’t remember if he was a Hornet’s bb player or for the Panthers. Anyhoo, the yute was grabbing all the little white girls by the neck when they were on the playground and squeezing until they cried and when the parents complained, nothing was ever done. Until. My coworker’s daughter asked her dad if she could use karate on him to protect herself and her father said, “absolutely”. So, not long after, the boy put his hands on her neck and she punched him in the throat, downing him. The teacher saw, the girl ws taken to the principal’s office and my coworker was called. The school was going to suspend her!!!! When he told them to tread very carefully and reminded them of what parents had been complaining about with that boy, they said, “well, he has a bad home life” like that excused him assaulting little girls. My coworker’s daughter went back to her class and nothing was done to the boy but he sure walked a wide circle around her after that.

Let’s just say that the Charlotte education system has a history...

Future sociologists will have a field day studying winners and losers of "harassment" charges after the sexual revolution. It's OK for alpha males to be sexually aggressive, exposing themselves and demanding sex, (e.g.,Bill Clinton), groping women, (e.g., Bill Clinton), etc., but beta males get arrested for comments or "unwanted communications", by, of course, alpha males. Law does not explain the difference in treatment. Preferred classes of people do however.
