A few reasons. China is in a significant economic slide right now. Reports are that there is an internal war for control at the top ongoing at this time. China is in a cyber war with the US and half their merch is sitting off our coast stuck on container ships. China is teetering on escalating conflict with India. And if that’s not enough just try to envision the international Hornets nest that would erupt if they made a move on Taiwan. Its not gonna happen.
China will move before the 2022 elections—while Biden is in power—they can manipulate him—hold his son Hunter hostage. “Do as we say or we will release what we have and Hunter will be in prison for life.” I bet its something really bad like he killed someone or something. No, China needs a victory, an easy Victory over Taiwan and a way to Humble the USA (See the new war movie they made showing Chinese troops crushing Americans in Korean War). This can only happen with Biden and Pelosi running things. So—They will act sometime in April or June 2022. Plan to take Taiwan in 6 months before Biden is impeached or thwarted.
Yeah, like them Japs so far away wouldn’t attack us in 1941.
This is an easy call and an easy prediction. Nothing will happen until at least 2-22-22 — 2 days after the Winter Olypmics of 2022 conclude in Beijing.
China doesn’t want a repeat of the USSR invasion of Afghanistan and the subsequent embarrassing boycotts of the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow.
So anytime after those Olympics conclude, an invasion could occur. And we won’t lift a finger.
The easy solution of course is about 20 nukes donated to the cause of freedom and then base the nuke missiles in Taiwan.
The prospect that you might have your capital city, largest ports, and 10-15 other major cities turned into glass might be a deterrent for China.
Of course, that would take someone with a bit more mettle — and cognitive abilities — than wielded by the current U.S. resident.
I’m sure his intel on this is as good as it was for the Afghan debacle.
