Climate change is 100% real insomuch as the climate of the Earth changes. Regularly.

If there ever was any merit in the climate change movement, it’s been long obscured and discredited by the high jacking by political opportunists. The tragedy is that any chance of the environmental movement being taken seriously has been undermined by hysterical radicals turning off rational dialog.

For at least 30 years for a scientist to get a Federal or other grant you had to have you mind right on MAN-CAUSED CLIMATE CHANGE! You had to justify a huge money and power grab.

The many climates on the surfaces of Earth are changing constantly. Excursions of temperature, humidity, and precipitation in the past have greatly exceeded anything proposed by the most ardent Climate Emergency people.
So, in that sense, it's not "fake".
What's fake is the concept that humans (and now cows) are the principal drivers of current changes.
As can be seen in the Religion Forum where so-and-so is now a Catholic.

And, heard a clip of Bjorn Lomberg (danish enviro) yesterday talking about the benefits of fracking and how it would help the ‘man made’ energy issue we are in now. Guess it’s inconceivable to the grettettes out there that muver erf don’t “care” about us. A little arrogance goes a long way kiddies. Humans are fleas on a big old dog. Toss this on the table and tell the ecowankers you’ll wait:
1. Define the “correct” temperature range for the planet.
2. Define the “correct” humidity range for the planet.
3. Define the “correct” mean sea level for the planet.
4. Define the “correct” amount of precipitation for the planet.
5. Define the “correct” makeup of the atmosphere.
6. Define the “correct” amount of sea ice at the N/S poles.
7. Define/explain past glaciation and subsequent warming without any input from humans.
Around 18 months ago, early in Covid, I wasn’t liking the vibes I was getting from the CDC’s response. So I did 5 minutes of research.
At that time, the search on their web site reported the number of results.
I searched for three terms: Diversity, Transgender, and Climate Change.
Thousands of hits. You can still do this with an appropriate search engine and site-specific search.
I determined at that time the CDC was a fully woke political operation that was fully politicized and had largely lost sight of its original mission. Nothing that has happened, or not happened, since has been a surprise.
...and the fake solutions to the fraud are even greater fraud.

The polling companies want to keep getting paid-—so they tell their clients the answers the clients wish to see.
There’s a raft of science coming out of several labs showing the role of the sun and cosmic rays. The problem is that the research is being buried and declined for publishing. Henrik Svensmark has been at the vanguard of this work and has very publicly denounced his peers for declining to peer review his work. It’s arguably ground breaking.

Some of the anti-Catholic rhetoric is disappointing to me.
I no longer consider myself a Catholic after growing up as one, but my reasons for that are various and not vitriolic in nature. I am repulsed by this Pope, and the embrace of Marxism, socialism, Global Warming BS, homosexuality and (seemingly)abortion by elements of the senior leadership is abhorrent to me.
That said, I think Cardinal Sarah is an astonishing man, a real man of God with a great head on his shoulders.
I don’t like seeing the anti-Catholic rhetoric, and it is there. But there it is.
Way too much loose money floating around and able to be rounded up in support of bad science. Federal and State grant money, NGO’s and Foundations with oodles of cash to give away.
Cut off the cash, and that would do wonders for real research. Provided liberals running those organizations had a clue, but reality indicates that idea would fail because the left tends to control the distribution of the loose cash in support of the emotional narrative.
