Percent of absentee ballots returned by county:

Some people just never get around to filling in and mailing their ballots. I’d assume at least half of those 88K will never be returned.

Sooo… Christopher E. “Chris” Piper was appointed Commissioner of the Virginia Department of Elections in January 2018 by Governor Ralph S. Northam.

Northam, a Democrat.

And I would add that with McAwful’s implosion over the past couple weeks, I doubt late mail-in votes would break strongly his way.

In other words, according to the Democrat, things will be just fine… they have these undiscovered ballots right over here! Why look! They are 90+% for Terry! Just enough to win this “hard fought” battle! Shucks. Better luck next time Repubs.

Of the 88K ballots 120K will be returned; all Democrat votes.
