I’m actually surprised Twitter has not deleted this cry for help since they have a history of trying to cover up the atrocities of this government.

All it would take is one US Federal Judge to issue a release or transfer order. This would be backed up with a dozen or so US Marshals who would arrest anyone who interferes.
But we (this nation) does not have the back bone for that.
Where’s Amnesty International? Oh, wait. They only care about communists political prisoners.

Since no trial date has been set, this is also a violation of his sixth amendment right to a trial without delay.
The USA, under biden, has created gulags in which political prisoners are tortured and deprived of their rights. This is political persecution and prosecution.
The current biden administration is guilty of crimes against humanity and the deprivation of civil liberties from the citizens.
Solitary without any trial or reason is a crime.

My roommate Mr K turned into a right wing Republican at some point during the 2016 election. (Prior to that he was one of the most obnoxious Democrats I’ve ever met. I thank Gd every day that he finally changed his mind.)
Now he listens to the radio and observes how bad things are getting in his job that takes him all over Denver and around the Front Range (that is, the side of the Rockies that faces East). He gets really upset about the onset of communism and I have had to talk to him several times about his wanting to take part in demonstrations, etc.
I don’t feel that we are serving our own best interests, or those of the USA, when we allow ourselves to be talked into public demonstrations that are set up so that we’ll either be beaten, killed, or put in prison for exercising our civil rights. In Denver, during a demonstration that was organized by one particular rabble-rouser on the “right” (who enjoys nothing more than seeing a bunch of people act like maroons and THEN get arrested or beaten simply because s/he wants attention and thrills, and something to b1tch about), senior citizens were beaten and roughed up by members of Antifa while Denver cops in riot gear stood by smirking. Why do we need to prove that we’re not being treated fairly and our rights are being denied by risking our lives over and over again (while some “journalist” and/or group of attention-wh0ring activists get all the glory)?
Getting yourself beaten up or killed will not help America - intead, it will deprive America of someone who otherwise might be of great use in - for example - combatting voter fraud. We already knew the Left cheats; we already knew they will use violence without regard for the law or the rights of others. DUH!!!
The mob should be out there tracking mail-in ballots and volunteering to work on election committees and for campaigns, at the very least. (And if they try to rough you up in that setting, you’ll have an easier time defending yourself in court after you, um, set them straight.)
The Left means business - we are all going to be imprisoned like this, if we even survive. Personally I’ve gone WAY past the “I’m going to demonstrate” phase of thinking and am now at the “OFF THE GRID NOW” stage.
I feel really sorry for all these people and I’m not saying they’re not patriots. I know they are suffering. But instead of running to Washington with subsequent severe consequences, they could be at this moment working to overcome the fraud from the safety of their homes and communities. They could be providing for their families (or at least drawing unemployment). They could be pestering corrupt school boards and city councils. Instead they are being mistreated - and yeah, this guy describes something that’s a lot worse than the average prison. Murderers shut up in prison (I know this for a fact) get better food, more exercise, and more contact with the outside than these unfortunate protesters.
I’m praying for Justice. (And my guardian angel tells me that if I had ever showed up for a demonstration at any point in the last five years, I would be sitting in prison right now or in the graveyard pushing up chrysanthemums. Mr K DOES want to go to demonstrations because HE’S HAD IT UP TO HERE!!! lol but so far I’ve been able to talk him out of it.)
