That would happen in the 3 days between the 2nd and the 5th when absentee ballots are allowed to be received. So what if ballots from a real heavy Republican area is "lost"...and times it by 10, x 20 x 30.

No one who submitted an absentee ballot knows if their vote got counted...or even got to the precinct.

It's like there's 2 sets of books.

To cheat, either they're inserting or extracting.

Or maybe we have to go to the early voting and take a look at what can be manipulated during those days.

If that's really the case VA has one of the most backward election systems in the country.

In my state, and I think in most of the country, I can track my ballot online and see where it is in the system and know when it's recorded.
