I can’t keep up with the terminology. Does “transgender man” mean “woman”? Or is it something even more psychotically devious? I mean I don’t doubt that there’s a man crazy enough to pretend to be a woman and then demand a hysterectomy to “validate” himself/herself/itself.

Replace trans or transgender with fake. In this case, a transgender man = fake mam = woman
trans=fake so a trans man is a she. Batshit crazy one too.
Trans = Fake
Tansfemale = Man pretending to be a woman
Transmale = Woman pretending to be a male
