Reeducation program claims racism 'a uniquely white trait'.
AT&T Corporation has a new racial reeducation program that contends "racism is a uniquely white trait" and promotes left-wing causes such as reparations, defunding police and trans activism.
Christopher F. Rufo, whose investigations propelled the anti-Critical Race Theory movement among public school parents, obtained internal documents about AT&T's initiative, called "Listen Understand Act."
It's based on the core principles of CRT, including "intersectionality," "systemic racism," "white privilege" and "white fragility," writes Rufo in the Manhattan Institute's City Journal, for which he is a contributing editor.
According to a senior employee, who agreed to speak on condition of anonymity, managers at AT&T are now assessed annually on diversity issues, Rufo said. The managers are required to participate in programs such as discussion groups, book clubs, mentorship programs and race reeducation exercises.
White employees, the source said, must confess their complicity in "white privilege" and "systemic racism" or be penalized in performance reviews. Employees are asked to sign a loyalty pledge to "keep pushing for change," including "reading more about systemic racism" and "challenging others' language that is hateful."
"If you don't do it," the senior employee said, "you're [considered] a racist."

“AT&T teaches white employees: ‘You are the problem’”
And yet they hired them. What does that say about AT&T?
The white Atlas needs to shrug....
What is wrong with these companies?
Why delve into politics?
Stop harassing your employees! It’s their bodies. They are capable of making their own decisions, perhaps with their doctors.
None of your beeswax, AT&T.
AT&T needs to give up all of their tech from copper wires on up that were invented, developed and built by Whi’peepo.
And fire me as a customer [again].
I see that this is another thing CRT, not a vax.
To me, they’re in the same boat. Enforcing mandates on people.
If they are gonna be accused of being a problem, then be a problem- we are falsely accused of it so often, that maybe it’s time to just embrace it. Maybe then the idiots on 5he left will stop egging on folks by falsely accusing them of things?
Bull crap. If that's true, which would you rather face: 1) Being black with a car breakdown in a white neighborhood or 2) Being white with a car breakdown in a black neighborhood?
I’d sue them for harassment and defamation.
Perfect example of a self-contradictory statement!
Regards,
I’ve been with ATT for thirty years. I’m checking out T-mobile to see how woke they are.
how does a company get away with being this blatantly racist?,
i thought that there was some federal anti-discrimination law(s) that make this sort of thing illegal.
They got them where they are.
Now they think they can put everything on cruise control and just stick figureheads there and all will be well.
Husband and I have been with AT and T for 25 years with our cell phone plan.
Leaving TODAY.
Check out Patriot Mobile.
All white people at ATT should quit. Other large corporations have been doing similar things but just as optional online training. My boss is black and was told to host diversity seminars with our teams. But he doesnt ever teach that garbage that white people are the problem. He challenges us to ask questions, listen to people’s stories, and avoid stereotypes. I can respect all of that. Too bad none of these diversity pushes use common sense like that.
“There is nothing more painful to me … than to walk down the street and hear footsteps and start thinking about robbery, then look around and see somebody white and feel relieved.”
– Jesse Jackson
AT&T racist company.
In Silicon Valley, whites have been a minority since Reagan.
Darn Right!
