Thousands of U.S. Air Force employees have refused to comply with a federal COVID-19 vaccine mandate for U.S. troops, raising concerns about the employee shortage that could result from the wave of refusals.
Data from the Air Force revealed that about 96.4% of active members of the force have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, but officials warned that airmen who refuse to get fully vaccinated could face possible charges under the military justice system or they could face dismissal from service, the Washington Post reported.
So far, up to 12,000 airmen have refused full vaccination. There has been apparent pushback from U.S. troops since the order was issued by the Pentagon in August. There is also a growing concern over the possibility of worker loss in defense firms due to the mandate.

Based on the refusal of many pilots to take the anthrax vaccine some twenty years ago, I’m betting that a disproportionate number of those refusing the Notavax here are pilots.
They’ve been ultra careful to group the 12,000. But this number is only active duty. Guard and reserves come later. Probably pilots and pararescue make up 10 percent.

I am betting that it is given pilot’s near obsession with maintaining their medical status for flying. They will be at death’s door and not go see the flight surgeon for fear he will find some reason to ground them for any amount of time. Already some have been grounded for myocarditis after the jab but worst than that, their 5 year mortality rate is about 60%.
AETC is woefully short of flying staff already. Getting rid of people is not the thing to do now or ever. They usually don’t have any excess of training pilots for the job.
The Anthrax fiasco was under clintoon and finished under bush. This court martial was under bush, imagine facing the death penalty for not taking a frigging shot. From wikipedia and just for the record:

This was only a $26 million inside graft and corruption deal back then and we had not yet fully converted to the USSA.
The business of Milley and his ilk is to monitor and control the American people.
Ike and MacArthur and (to a lesser extent) Patton looked fit, like soldiers. Austin and Milley look like fat slobs. They are a disgrace at every level.

At least we have millions of illegal aliens “of military age” to fill the spots.
Enlisted folks are gonna be painting rocks and trees. If the admin pukes want to make a special project of someone, they can schedule them for multiple appointments at the same time and force missing formation issues.
Even at the risk of going DNIF, which is a date worse than death for a pilot.

Just a thought but do you think any of the illegals after receiving $450,000.00 will enlist? The all will be to busy setting up lawn care company’s.
