Doesn’t “on record” mean within the last 200 years?
“Climate change” is the classic non falsifiable belief.
It is an integral part of all cults.
Every bit of data always confirms the doctrine.
Pretty normal here in Missouri, how about the rest of you?
Everyone remembers the Glacier National Park saga, right:

“Pay up you peasants. We need more party money for us. “
Liars, damn liars and climate scientists.
yeah, I am 53 and its snows once or twice in Houston when I was a child. Odd weather can happen, that’s for sure. But that’s what makes it odd. (snow in the middle east etc)
And, MOST OF ALL, stop flying to all these endless conferences. Over 22,000 people at one meeting is sheer and utter insanity. They go only to be swooned over, enjoy luxury digs, fine dining, and maybe getting laid on the side.
Be sure to keep moving those thermometers on or near concrete and asphalt structures.
Their slogan:
We pollute, you salute!
I never understood these claims. I haven’t noticed any unusually hot summers in recent years. In fact, I seem to remember having hotter summers in the early 90s as a kid. I have a distinct memory of one hot summer night in 1991 or 1992, and My family was coming out of the supermarket, and across the parking lot there was a bank with the sign that shows the time and temperature. The temperature read 100 degrees. This is in western PA. And as a 7 or 8 year old that was pretty amazing to me.
In recent years I’ve seen it in the mid 90s. If these were the hottest years on record they should have recorded temps in PA well over 100.
BS…
Normal summer here. It was hotter here in the 1930s than now.
South Pole posts most severe cold season on record, a surprise in a warming world
While the rest of the world sizzled, the South Pole shivered with an average temperature of minus-78 degrees over the past six months.
Oct 2, 2021 — 23, ending the long, dark Southern Hemisphere winter. ... the coldest average temperature for April to September in 2021 on record...
Watch the old Beach movies from the 1960s, then check today’s web cams of the same area. No change other than the tides.
Obama’s house is three feet above sea level at high tide. If he is not worried why should we be.
Biden’s beach house the same.
Today’s rising temperatures? Go back to 1942 when MGM produced a TRAVELTALKS short on Glacier and Waterton National Parks. it was stated that “The glaciers have been receding since the last ICE AGE, 12,000 years ago, and if there is NO CLIMATIC CHANGE, they will be gone in a thousand years.”
And this was BEFORE Glo-bull warming, and what is a thousand years in geological time.

In my experience, they’re not even the hottest in the last 50.
There is a YouTube video from back in the 1940’s. They were claiming then that the glaciers were melting. I’ll see if I can find it.
