A Washington, D.C., district court judge issued a temporary restraining order Thursday that prevents both civilian and active-duty military plaintiffs from being terminated after they sued the Biden administration over religious exemptions to COVID-19 vaccines.
"None of the civilian employee plaintiffs will be subject to discipline while his or her request for a religious exception is pending," District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly ordered, according to a Minute Order obtained by Fox News.

It’s a miracle.
The military will eventually lose. Even if they win those with an exemption will be pigeonholed in to non career related jobs that will end their advancement opportunities.
This isn’t much of a win for fed civilians as there was no plan to start disciplinary action until after exemption requests were processed anyway.
Judge was appointed by Clinton.
Watch what happens to the temporary restraining order.

Probably cause the rat can’t get his favored latte at his morning run coffee house because of the shortage or requirement of him being vaxed in order to get serviced!
God must be really busy since he doesn't have all these religious exceptions approved. Perhaps government can decide if one's religious exception is legitimate. (that's sarcasm for the slow people)
This needs to be fast tracked to the Supreme Court. NOW
It appears the injunction only applies to those who are actual parties to the original suit. Approximately 20 civilians. Article doesn’t provide numbers for military.
The Supreme Court is busy hunting for their cojones.
Rumor is that the janitor stole them and hid them...

My organization still hasn’t been given guidance from the Pentagon on how civilian employees souks request exemption.
I’ve started to accept letters of notification of religious exemption from my employees and forwarding them to my superiors to attempt to force action.
Or a feint.
this only applies to the plaintiffs of this case, it is not an injunction.
