New documents obtained by Fox News shed light on apparent conflict and frustration Loudoun law enforcement had with the school board – including a complaint that the board should have let residents speak at an explosive meeting on June 22.
Emails also show the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) rejecting what it said were "extraordinary" security requests – including an explosive sweep and undercover presence – by the superintendent for future school board meetings. The documents were initially obtained via public records request from Fight for Schools PAC, which has been fighting the school district's equity initiatives.
In an Aug. 6 email, Superintendent Scott Ziegler requested multiple LCSO deputies, a "five-person Quick Reaction Force (QRF)," undercover LCSO deputies at the administrative building, a special operations team on standby and several other provisions.

Not only arresting him, but violently attacking and dragging him to the ground, his clothing basically ripped off. Merrick Garland is investigating “violence”, well there it is, right before his eyes. If this poor guy had been black, the outrage would become riots.

Needs more thorough investigation, the May 28 rape of Smith's daughter apparently was NOT reported by anyone at Loudoun County Schools (as required by law) to the Sheriff's Office until well after the arrest of Smith June 22.
The LCSD publicly denied a rape or any assault had occurred, they all lied and probably to the Sheriff's Officers as well.
Sounds like the sheriff did the math on reelection.

No, because LCSO deputies were called to the school on the 28th when Smith became upset with school officials for their “in house” handling of the rape. They then transported Smith and his daughter to the ER for a rape kit.
But that doesn’t mean every deputy knew about it or even recognized Smith at the SB meeting on June 22.
But they all know now that they were played and they aren’t happy about it, so they aren’t playing footsie with the SB anymore.
The Loudon County Schoool officials had their goons beat the crap out of Dad Scott Smith, father of the girl who was raped at school by criminal male in a skirt in a perverted transgender bathroom.

Yes, that’s a better account and what I was trying to get across, that the Sheriff’s Officers that arrested Smith didn’t know him or that his daughter had been raped.
if this cabal of stupidly elected creeps is scared, they should be. To scare the crap out of them would be the general idea since they deserve it.
The Sheriff and his Deputies better knock this crap off. They’re open to a huge Civil Rights lawsuit here.

School officials use law enforcement as their personal militia on occasion and the LEO’s placed in schools permanently often called “resource officers” are mostly paid for by the school districts.
They often end up doing the district’s bidding in the context of the financial support of the police departments.

Smith was called to the school May 28, and informed that his daughter had been attacked and the School would be handling it "in house".
Smith became upset there, and the School District personnel called the Sheriff's Department.
Sheriff's Officers responded, and decided to transport Smith and his daughter directly to the hospital and administer a rape kit at Smith's insistence in the School Office.
